Volumul analizeaza situatia istorica, militara, economica, comerciala si monetara a teritoriului dintre Dunare si Marea Neagra în perioada secolelor II a.Chr. - I p.Chr.
"We are presented with an extensive, well-prepared, and rigorously documented scientific work that offers remarkable contributions, both in method and conclusions. The publication of the volume in English is an additional reason that ensures exceptionally favorable prospects for its release and further dissemination within scientific and academic circles, including those abroad."

"I have read Mr. Gabriel Mircea Talmatchi's work with great interest, and it is important to highlight the consistent and competent effort carried out over at least two decades, as well as his ability to systematize, understand, interpret, and synthesize a particularly rich subject matter. This work is impressive not only in its scope but also through the variety of appendices and the exhaustive bibliography, all of which have helped the author successfully complete the desired endeavor."
